About Us

The BIC is a nonprofit organization whose primary membership consists of residents of the Beachmont neighborhood in the City of Revere, Massachusetts. Our mission is to undertake projects and activities that improve the quality of life for residents and instill a sense of pride in our community.

We work on the following types of projects

Pearl Ave Stairs

Improving the functional quality of our public spaces

We create and maintain green spaces, repair public stairs, and advocate for improvements in the community.

Cleanup Louis Pasteur Park

Cleanup and beautification projects

We remove trash, pick weeds, plant flowers, and make needed enhancements to improve the aesthetics of Beachmont.

The Great Revere Day at the Races

Events to engage the community and raise funds

We bring together residents of all ages to meet one another, celebrate our shared and diverse interests, and raise money to support our work.
